Here's Dr. Baker’s Story:

Exercise is one of the most important activities to slow down the aging process. I am about to turn 66 in December 2024, and part of my health routine is regular exercise. Unfortunately, a few months ago I developed tendinitis on both sides of my left elbow. It got to the point I could no longer do pullups and several other exercises. I cut back on my exercise, but it still wasn’t getting better.

He worked on my elbow and within a few minutes it wasn’t sore anymore. A few days later I was in the gym and I tried to do some pullups. I was able to do them without pain!
